Sinsi Ong:
After a successful but ultimately dissatisfying career in the music industry, Sinsi Ong experienced a decisive turning point when he dedicated himself to a traditional three-year retreat at Lerab Ling. Inspired to find deeper meaning, he immersed himself in the study and practice of Buddhism under the guidance of Tibetan masters—a journey that now spans over thirty years. Throughout this time, he has received extensive training and fulfilled various roles, including instructor. Today, he shares the teachings with joy and passion, leading courses and retreats in France, the Netherlands, and online, deeply nourished by his background and experience.

Michael Wong:
Michael’s path changed profoundly after a moving encounter with The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying, which inspired him to leave his career as a children’s social worker and commit himself fully to the study and practice of Tibetan Buddhism. Guided by Tibetan masters for over twenty years, he has received extensive training and served in a range of roles, including teaching meditation. Michael is now dedicated to sharing these teachings as widely as possible, hoping that others may benefit from the transformative wisdom that reshaped his own life.
