What if the key to feeling more at peace starts with nurturing your own kind heart?
Loving Kindness is an ancient practice with a surprisingly modern message: that warmth, compassion, and care—for ourselves and others—are skills we can develop. This practice can benefit everyone, no matter your background, belief or experience. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to try.
In a world that often feels harsh or divided, Loving Kindness offers a different way forward. Instead of meeting negativity with more negativity, this practice helps us respond with compassion. It doesn't make hard things disappear, but it changes how we meet them—with a little more patience, a little more grace, and a lot more heart.
Why start with yourself?
The Buddha taught that "In this world hate never yet dispelled hate. Only love dispels hate." But here's what we often miss: we forget to include ourselves in that circle of love. Learning to treat ourselves with kindness isn't selfish—it's foundational. When we soften toward ourselves, we naturally become more open and generous with others.
What you'll experience:
Over 8 weeks, we'll explore what love actually means to you—not as an abstract idea, but as something you can feel and practice. Through simple meditation techniques (no experience needed), video teachings, and group discussions, you'll discover how to:
This isn't about perfection or forcing positive feelings. It's about creating a welcoming space—both in the group and within yourself—where kindness can grow naturally. By the end of these weeks, you'll have practical tools you can use anytime, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself and others.
